An exclusive visit of an historic monument

Also known as the Hôtel du Garde-Meuble, the Hôtel de la Marine is one of the iconic monuments on Place de la Concorde. Once a ‘Garde-meuble’ for the monarchy (ancestor of the Mobilier national), then the headquarters of France’s Naval Ministry, the monument is now open to the public. Visitors will discover the sumptuous 18th-century apartments, reception rooms and an exceptional loggia overlooking the Place de la Concorde, all richly furnished, plus a gallery showcasing the works of the Al Thani Collection.

Accompanied by their ‘Confidant’, a binaural headset (9 languages available), visitors are invited to take a 45-minute tour. And for families, there is a fun audio trail to investigate the extraordinary disappearance of the crown jewels (from 6 yrs).
