This spring, the Musée de l'Orangerie presents a surreal exhibition "Magritte / Renoir. Surrealism in full sunlight"

At the height of World War II, Magritte shifts his style and starts exploring "the delightful things of life", inspired by the great impressionist painters such as Renoir. Today, the Musée de l'Orangerie, located in the heart of the Tuileries Gardens, presents this bright, vivid and radiant period. This retrospective gathers over a hundred paintings and drawings of the Belgian painter, as well as other artworks from artists such as Renoir, Picabia and even Jeff Koons. A much welcome moment of art and joyfulness !
