Open every day except Monday from 9:30 am to 6 pm and until 9:45 pm on Thursday. Exceptionally closed on May 1st and December 25th.

A key founder of Pointillism, the painter Paul Signac was also a great enthusiast and collector of art

This is the aspect of the artist that the Musée d'Orsay has chosen to highlight in a new exhibition devoted to him this autumn. Paintings, drawings and prints by his friends including Seurat and Pissarro, as well as the Nabis, Bonnard, Roussel or Maurice Denis … The Musée d’Orsay has brought together important treasures from Signac's personal collection, including letters and notebooks in which he recorded his purchases. This exceptional exhibition provides a fine overview of the 20th century art scene.
