Warm waters, temperate waters, seas, rivers… the Aquarium de Paris presents the diverse range of aquatic habitats in France and its territories. Among the most amazing tanks is the Médusarium with thousands of strange but beautiful jellyfish. Don’t miss the tropical lagoon, the rays, the piranhas or the Aquarium’s fabulous shark colony! It is the biggest shark tank in Europe and has lots of different species: blacktip reef sharks, zebra sharks, sandbar sharks and even hammerhead sharks!
Lots of activities for kids
To bring children into direct contact with nature, the Aquarium de Paris has a tank where children can stroke and feed carps.
On Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, there are also lots of fun workshops available, such as a magical show about a mermaid, nursery rhymes about the sea or activities based around their favourite heroes.
Budding oceanographers can attend educational workshops to discover jellyfish, sharks and coral, and even feed them too!
And what better way to end your visit than a film at Cineaqua, the Aquarium’s cinema?
