Treat yourself to priority access with a tour guide and visit of the Palace of Versailles, a Unesco world heritage site.
The Palace of Versailles was originally a mere hunting lodge belonging to King Louis XIII. It was during the reign of Louis XIV, when the king installed his court there in 1682, that major works began, and the Palace that we know today took shape.
Thus, in a few years, the Sun King made Versailles one of the most beautiful French architectural achievements of the 17th century.
Your tour guide will meet you at 10 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, opposite the RER station Versailles Rive Gauche 300 metres from the entrance to the Palace.
With your guide, you will have priority access to the Palace and a 1-hour 30-minute tour of its most prestigious rooms, including the Royal Apartments and the unrivalled Hall of Mirrors with its 357 mirrors. At the end of the guided tour, you will be free to stay more time in the Estate at your convenience and independently, until closing time.
