Free Admissions
Access to the Louvre Museum’s permanent collections and the Eugène Delacroix Museum is free on proof of eligibility to:
- Under 18s
- European Economic Area residents aged under 26
- People with disabilities and their companions (entitled to priority admission and queue-jump facilities at the museum’s entry points and security checks.)
- The Louvre Museum is free and accessible to everyone on July 14th.
Priority admission is given to people with this ticket type and their companions who are also entitled to free admission.
Practical Information
- You will receive your Louvre e-tickets within 24 hours to 72 hours by e-mail.
- Queue dedicated to e-ticket holders in front of the Pyramid.
- This tour is offered subject to availability; times may change.
- Timestamped tickets are valid on the date shown for the Louvre Museum (permanent collections) and the Eugène Delacroix Museum*.
- Entry to Friday late-night openings is free after 18:00 for visitors of any nationality aged under 26, subject to proof of eligibility.
- Ticket holders will not be entitled to refunds in the event of closure (strikes, bank holidays, etc.) or non-routine free admissions, nor will the duration of passes be extended.

There are security controls in place at the museum entrance as part of the Vigipirate national security system, which may mean that admission wait times are longer than usual.
