TO NOTE
Booking of a time slot and date for a visit is obligatory for admission to the museum. You will receive all the instruction in your booking confirmation.
Free admission : admission to Museum is free for the following visitor categories (valid ID or proof of entitlement required):
- Under 18
- 18-25 year olds resident in the European Union
- All visitors on the first Sunday of each month
Suitcases, travel bags and rucksacks larger than A3 are prohibited. Access to the museum can be denied in that case.
Any closures (strikes, public holidays, etc.) and exceptional free admission will not lead to the refund, nor the extension of the duration of tickets.
As part of the Vigipirate program security controls are put in place at the entrance of Parisian museums and monuments. In case of a large attendance, these controls can create a waiting time which cannot be skipped.
