Learn how to make the best cakes and pastries in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

Each of the Cordon Bleu patisserie workshops focuses on a classic of French patisserie: macarons, choux buns, eclairs, sweet tarts, chocolate (workshops last 2 hours 30). Each workshop begins with a demonstration by the Patisserie Chef, before taking you through the process step by step. Each participant leaves with what they have made, as well as a free « Le Cordon Bleu » apron, tea towel and cooler bag.
As for the « Pastry School » workshop, it takes its name from the book of the same name, and invites you to try one of the recipes in the book with the help of a Cordon Bleu Chef.

 

 WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- The course provided by an experienced Chef
- The presence of a translator
- The utensils necessary for the preparation lent during the workshop
- A free apron, tea towel and cooler bag

 

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Please arrive at the institute 30 minutes before the start of the course
- Languages available: French and English
- Participants must be at least 18 years old
- On the day of the course you will receive a 10% discount at the Café and on all Le Cordon Bleu products at the Le Cordon Bleu Boutique (5% on books)
