Windy the balloon, Iggy the egg, Folia the sheet of paper, Glitch the soap, Plote the ball of wool and Rocky the stone … all these fragile little characters accompany kids on a great adventure at the Cité des Sciences!
Aimed at kids aged 2 to 6, the exhibition ‘Fragile!’ is a mix of reflective, active, and participatory experiences that encourage the curiosity of very young children, using methods based on the latest advances in the field of education. Kids are invited to handle and experiment with many objects and settings to discover notions of fragility. Imagined and designed by Universcience, ‘Fragile!’ is the 3rd part in a series of ‘Exhibitions for the young and curious’, after ‘Playhuts’ and ‘Opposites’.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Admission to the temporary exhibition Fragile
- Admission to the permanent collections and to the Planetarium (must be booked on site and subject to availability on the day).
PLEASE NOTE:
This ticket does not give you access to the Cité des Enfants. The Louis Lumière cinema is currently closed for renovations.
The reduced rate is proposed, upon presentation of a proof, for: under 25 years, over 65 years, cards large families, student cards, documentalists, school directors, civic service, Pass Education of the Ministry of National Education.
Access to the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is free, upon presentation of a proof, for: under 2 years old, holders of a accompanied adult allowance card, mobility inclusion, disability of war pensioners as well as an attendant, job seekers and recipients of social minimum on presentation of proof of less than 6 months.
The ticket Child (2-5 years) is sold directly on site at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie.
Any closures (strikes, public holidays, etc.) and exceptional free admission will not lead to the refund, nor the extension of the duration of tickets.
As part of the Vigipirate program security controls are put in place at the entrance of Parisian museums and monuments. In case of a large attendance, these controls can create a waiting time which cannot be skipped.
