Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, and until 9pm on Thursdays. Closed Mondays.

For more than 40 years, the Palais Galliera has been showing exhibitions on different aspects of fashion across the ages.

For this autumn-winter season, the museum decided to pay tribute to the magazine Vogue which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2020. The exhibition looks back at the magazine’s great editors-in-chief like Edmonde Charles-Roux, Francine Crescent and Carine Roitfeld, and its cult photographers Newton, Lindbergh, Testino, Inez & Vinoodh as well as at the most famous faces who made its front page, such as Kate Moss, Catherine Deneuve, or the couturiers (Yves Saint Laurent, Karl Lagerfeld…) which it supported throughout their career … Some 400 photographs, illustrations, magazines, documents, films, as well as haute couture and prêt-à-porter models, have been brought together to trace its history and its enduring impact on fashion.

Alongside this major exhibition, the museum presents an exhibition tracing the history of its own collections that visitors can also see with this entry ticket. A great way to get an overview of the changing world of fashion in just one visit!
