Versailles estate

The Versailles passport enables you to discover the Versailles estate, one of the most famous places in Europe. Follow in the steps of the kings of France on a visit to the Château de Versailles and its lavish royal apartments, the Châteaux de Trianon, Marie-Antoinette's hamlet and the magnificent French gardens that surround these monuments.

New: From 4 April, admission is free to the permanent collections of the national museums and monuments for European Union nationals under 26-years-old (on presentation of a valid piece of identity).

Passeport Versailles Musical Fountains Show
31 March to 28 October 2012

Set out on an exploration of the ornamental pools and groves and their water jets spouting to the rhythm of music. Several circuits are available to allow you to enjoy the numerous masterpieces of the gardens where you can wander through their most secret attractions.
The Passeport includes the Musical Fountains Show, lthe visit to the Palace, the Trianon palaces and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate.

Dates and opening times :

Saturdays and Sundays from 31 March to 28 October 2012, as well as some public holidays (8 May, 17 May, 15 August 2012). The fountains spout from 11 am to 12 noon and from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
Tuesdays from 22 May to 26 June 2012, as well as Friday 6 April 2012. The fountains spout from 11 am to 12 noon and from 2:30 to 4:00 pm.

Musical Gardens
You can get the most from the gardens in summer when the groves and protected areas of the gardens are accessible on some Tuesdays from April to October for a musical stroll: an opportunity to discover the French formal gardens designed by Le Nôtre.

Dates and opening times :

All Tuesdays from 3 July to 23 October 2012.
Music from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Musical Fountains in the Bassin du Miroir every 10 minutes from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
